Instituto Stela’s administrative structure is composed of Presidency, Direction, General Management of Production and Projects, Coordination and Strategic Workgroups. The functional structure is from a software factory, composed by the following cells: Business Analysis, Databases, Componentization, Development, Design, Documentation, Tests, Support and XML. Instituto Stela’s software factory is a stage for the construction of an experience factory.
