Instituto Stela projects office’s main objective is to plan and manage projects under development. Using the methodology of the Project Management Institute – PMI –, an institution operating in over 50 countries, projects are organized and followed through from planning to execution to completion. In addition to supporting the teams responsible for the development of projects, the office enables a general control over a project, managing costs, time frames, and quality. During a project’s development, the best existing practices are sought and put to work in order to contribute to the best possible results. The aim is to meet the guidelines defined in the project’s planning phase.
