A policy of transparent management makes sure that all contributors are informed of projects progress status, prospecting clients and financial standing of the institute. Thanks to this policy, it is possibly to engage everyone in optimizing results and promoting clients’ fidelization.

Participative Management Stela Institute offers several growth opportunities for its staff both inside and outside of the institution. Among these is the possibility of working in an innovative area while carrying out applied scientific research, which contributes greatly to one’s professional development. In addition, the Institute stimulates collaborators’ spinoff developments, working as a kind of business incubator. Thus, if a collaborator develops a product or service that does not fit within the profile of the Institute, there is always the possibility to start a new business of her or his own.
