Generation of new products and businesses

2007-08-03

New businesses, products, and services are identified and developed in two ways. The first is through prospecting demands presented by public and private companies. The second is through proposals made by the institute’s collaborators and directors. Once an idea is approved, a business plan is put together to assess the project’s feasibility and the needs in regard to human and financial resources.

Next, following the definition of responsible teams, time frames and expected returns, the plan is executed.
